Simple lines make this a fast baby quilt

Just ran across a new pattern over at Create For Less. (How anyone manages to buy patterns there I will never know given the sheer number of them! Aren't you glad I shop for you?)

It doesn't say how wide the strips are in this one, but it certainly seems like something you could easily do with leftover jelly roll strips or just out of your scrap basket. (Or bins if you're like me.)

It's not just strips, though. There are some four-patches tossed in, although I never noticed until I read the description. They're pretty well hidden within these color schemes. You could probably work those in some more contrasting colors if you wanted them to stand out more.

It's a fat-quarter friendly pattern, which is great for those of you who can't resist the fat-quarter bin at the store. Make it without the border for a perfect 36.5"x48.5" size or add the border (or borders if you like) to make it bigger.
